IFC Mall, a large shopping mall, is on its beneath. Large scale infrastructure including Airport Express Hong Kong station, Central Ferry Piers and Hong Kong–Macau Ferry Terminal are close away. Situated on waterfront gives most of its floors with spectacular view over Victoria Harbour.

Its total GFA is approximately 1,570,000 sq.ft. with 71 office floors (8-88/F), 4 retail floors (1-4/F) and 5 carpark floors (B1-B5/F). It has 42 passenger lifts and 3 cargo lifts.
