Raymond has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, focusing on providing clients with comprehensive property solutions including offices, shops, and logistics warehouses. I focus on building long-term relationships with my clients and am committed to achieving my clients both industrial and/or commercial real estate goals through effective communication and coordination.
I assisted the reputed international brands Martell & Dior their short-term rental projects, the Shanghai leading quantitative private equity firm MH Funds rented a 1,600-square-foot in Jardine House and the famous art gallery Pearl Lam rented an 8,000-square-foot megastore on Queen's Road Central.
