"Highly appreciated"

I have been enjoying service over the past few years with Samuel, a dedicated agent and the main reason why I would continue using his service afterwards. In Jul/Aug, I told Fanny I have office to be available for rental. A lot of useful market information was given by him. Not long afterwards, a potential tenant was located and the deal was completed. Samuel performed well and helped to convey all the terms between the tenant and me. He was also extremely helpful in handling tenants' assistance addressed to me and resolved a few tenants' concern. Without him, I may have to leave the unit vacated for longer or spend some more time to handle tenant's enquiry. I would like to put into writing my appreciation for his help. I may also take this opportunity to wish your company good business!
