I would like to give 5 Star to Samuel for helping me to get a rite place for my Prajna Yoga Center, we are looking for the certain sqft with water supply for showers and non centralised air condition,thought of the solution, which could solve the 3 important issues that we countered after the first viewing: 1. size, 2. water pipe installable as we must have bathroom in our yoga Centre, 3. no extra cost of central air conditioning during holiday and after-office hour. He successfully proposed landlord that we could subdivide captioned portion unit of restaurant/shop shown on the plan, which could make the size enough, bathroom installable as it’s close to public toilet. And as the building was just remodeled, we could also install split-type A/C so that we can save a lot by not paying extra central A/C.He work very smart , if you are looking place for your business don’t hesitate to consider his service.for me he is the best .

" Relocating to Hong Kong six years ago"

Since relocating to Hong Kong six years ago, we have now worked with Raymond on three different properties. Raymond is a great guy. In order to aid his clients, he goes above and beyond. For instance, during the period of our tenancy at our previous office, he was quite helpful in organizing and resolving any concerns between us and the landlord. Raymond is also highly productive.
