"Highly appreciated"

I have been enjoying service over the past few years with Samuel, a dedicated agent and the main reason why I would continue using his service afterwards. In Jul/Aug, I told Fanny I have office to be available for rental. A lot of useful market information was given by him. Not long afterwards, a potential tenant was located and the deal was completed. Samuel performed well and helped to convey all the terms between the tenant and me. He was also extremely helpful in handling tenants' assistance addressed to me and resolved a few tenants' concern. Without him, I may have to leave the unit vacated for longer or spend some more time to handle tenant's enquiry. I would like to put into writing my appreciation for his help. " Relocating to Hong Kong six years ago"

Since relocating to Hong Kong six years ago, we have now worked with Raymond on three different properties. Raymond is a great guy. In order to aid his clients, he goes above and beyond. For instance, during the period of our tenancy at our previous office, he was quite helpful in organizing and resolving any concerns between us and the landlord. Raymond is also highly productive.
