尖沙嘴1881地舖租值按年跌逾五成

去年第五波疫情大爆發,加上本港遲遲未通關,商舖租金持續下跌,核心區舖位尤甚。據差餉物業估價署最新資料,尖沙嘴1881 HERITAGE一個由美國珠寶品牌Tiffany & Co.棄租後丟空逾3年的舖位,來年度應課差餉租值跌至2148萬元,除按年跌逾五成外,更較2019年社會運動前高位累跌約八成。由於有關數字主要反映去年第四季舖位市况,業界料通關後有關數字勢將從谷底大幅反彈。

Shop rents show pandemic scars

The rental values of some shops on Canton Road in Tsim Sha Tsui and Russell Street in Causeway Bay fell 50 and over 30 percent respectively year on year, according to latest data from the Rating and Valuation Department.
