International Finance Centre is an integrated commercial development of 4.7 million sq.ft. consisting two office towers, the IFC Mall, and the 55-storey Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong.

Its total GFA is approximately 1,570,000 sq.ft. with 71 office floors (8-88/F), 4 retail floors (1-4/F) and 5 carpark floors (B1-B5/F). It has 42 passenger lifts and 3 cargo lifts.
