By incorporating repurposed freight containers, dolphin blue deck paint, and vintage bulkhead lamps, this flexible workspace in Kwai Hing pays tribute to the renowned cargo terminal and transforms their first location in western Hong Kong into a shining beacon of modern, semi-industrial design. This 10,000 sq.ft establishment is a hub for designers and tech companies of various sizes, particularly those who value premium, affordable workspace quality. Additionally, this location is the first to feature private water outlets in each room, catering to enterprising artists. Electricity fee is charged at a rate of HK$1.7 per kilowatt-hour.
Nexen Workshops represent the next generation of hybrid workspace solutions. We strive to deliver a best-in-class co-working space experience by combining contemporary design with human centric service. In addition to your workplace, Nexen also handles behind the scenes logistics and provides startup incubation services, so you can focus on your craft. Monthly fee includes Wi-Fi, Government rents/rates, management fee, and daily cleaning, 24/7 access. Electricity fee charged at HK$1.70 per meter unit with a refundable electricity deposit of HK$1000. Furniture available for lease at HK$55 per item per month (desk, chair, pedestal). IP Phones leasable at HK$200 per month. 12 months lease term minimum. 2 month deposit, 1 month prepayment.
