I have several years of real estate experience and have held a leasing position in a large development company. As a result, I am very familiar with the internal operations of developers and property owners.

During my time in the real estate industry, I have accumulated a wealth of professional knowledge and experience. I am knowledgeable about the operational processes of developers, including land acquisition, planning and design, and construction. I am also well-versed in leasing-related work, such as negotiating lease terms with property owners, resolving tenant issues, and managing rental matters.

I have a deep understanding of the dynamics and trends of the real estate market and can conduct market analysis and forecasting. This enables me to provide accurate advice and recommendations to assist clients in making informed investment and development decisions.
