通關後商廈租賃見輕微回升，有外資代理行最新發表的《香港地產市場觀察》報告中指出，本港甲級寫字樓市場連續3個月錄得負淨吸納量後，今年2月重新錄得正吸納量，涉約1.69萬方呎淨吸納量，因寫字樓租賃查詢及睇樓活動趨增。新租賃成交個案中，以德勤租用新地（0016）觀塘The Millennity 兩層樓面較矚目，涉約3.88萬方呎。據悉，德勤以呎租約28元承租，月租約108.64萬元。
